IDBI JAM Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must hold the required eligibility parameters to get recruited for the post of Assistant Manager posts as discussed below. In case candidates do not fulfill the required eligibility parameters their application forms will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.

Educational Qualification

For Generalist Post - 

• The candidate should hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University or Institution with a minimum of 55 % marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD)* to apply for Assistant Manager post.
• The candidates should have a valid Marksheet / Degree Certificate that he/she is a graduate.
  
• Candidates are expected to have proficiency in the regional language will be prefered.

For Specialist Post (Agri Asset Officer /AAO) -

• The candidate should hold a 4 years degree (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, Fishery Science/Engineering, Animal Husbandary, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/Technology, Pisciculture, Agro-Forestry, Sericulture form a University recognized/approved by the Government/ Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC. 

Age Limit (as on 01/10/2024)

The candidates should be of age limit 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply for IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager posts. The candidates must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1999 and not later than November 1, 2004 (Both dates inclusive). The upper age relaxation will be provided as per the government norms.

IDBI JAM Recruitment 2024 : Salary

The candidates will be first selected for a 6 month training period with a stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month and then will be promoted to 2 months of Internship Period with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Once the probation period is complete and selected candidates are recruited for Junior Assistant Manager posts, the compensation (CTC) would range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
