SBI Clerk Notification 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (As on 31/12/2024)
- A valid degree from any recognized university is required.
- Integrated dual degree (IDD) holders need to check their passing date. Final-year students can apply provisionally but must pass before joining.
- Ex-servicemen with specific certificates after 15 years of service are eligible.
- Computer literacy is needed for the SBI Clerk Exam.

SBI Clerk Notification 2024 : Exam Pattern
Prelims Exam Pattern
- Each test will have separate timing as mentioned below table.
- There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- No minimum qualifying marks for the individual subjects as well as for aggregate (overall) are prescribed.
- The adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank (approximately 10 times the number of vacancies. subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Mains Examinatiion from the list of all candidates arranged in descending order of aggregate marks scored.

Mains Exam Pattern

- Candidates are required to score minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation available theoren).
- Minimum qualifying marks on aggregate will be decided by the Bank.
- No minimum qualifying marks for individual subjects are prescribed.
- Merit list will be drawn State-wise, Category-wise.
- Candidates qualified in the test (mains examination) will be placed according to their aggregate marks in descending order in respective State and Categories.

- Visit the official website of SBI Careers https://sbi.co.in/web/careers and then scroll down the page, Click on "Current Openings" >> Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales)" Apply Online.
- Click on the "New Registration" button provided on the topmost right corner of the home page of the link provided above to start your registration process for the SBI Clerk Exam.
- Start your SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration, Photograph and signature in the required formate as provided by the State Bank of India.
- Fill in your academic details and professional qualifications in this step of your online application process. Click on the "save and next" button after previewing your application form.
- Pay your Application fee through an Online Payment Option.
- Click on the Submit Button. Your application form will be submitted successfully. You will be sent as email with your Registration ID and Password by SBI for further login into the official website.
